PAYMENT METHODS

At COMDIET payments are simple and secure via bank card.
COMDIET accepts payments with the most popular credit and debit cards.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Prices include in all cases Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, tariff or surcharge.

The prices shown in COMDIET may be revised and modified if the conditions require it at any time. The price in force in a purchase is the one that is collected at the time of the confirmation of the order by the customer.

COMDIET reserves the right to modify prices, items, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

Shipments

You choose where you want to receive or send your package: home, office, gift to a family member or friend. If everything is correct you will receive your order within 3-4 working days, for any setback we will contact you.

Orders placed after 19.00 hrs will be handled the next day.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

A) Shipments are made by courier service.

B) Shipping costs include in all cases Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, tariff or surcharge.

C) The delivery of the items at home or address specified by the customer during the ordering process is understood as shipping, limiting as delivery areas those related above.

D) COMDIET delivers orders to the courier within a maximum of 72 hours. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier services.

Returns:

At COMDIET we are concerned about the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied or have simply changed your mind, you have the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days from the date on which you received the order, and the order must arrive at COMDIET within a max. 30 days from the same date. All parts must be returned in the same condition in which they have been delivered to the customer.

What steps do I need to take to make a return?

1- Contact and Authorization: Contact us at francesc@comdiet.es within 7 days from the date you received the order before returning any product and let us know the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please include as a reference the purchase receipt number corresponding to the item(s) in your e-mail.

2- Package preparation: Once we have emailed you the authorization code for the return procedure along with a return form, you must attach in the package, the garment(s) you wish to return along with the return form. To avoid delays, it is important that you complete the returns form with all the information required in it.

Products must be within their original packaging in perfect condition.

Products that are returned without this will not be accepted.

Products of the same order must be returned in the same shipment, COMDIET will not be able to accept returns of the same order separately.
The package containing the returns must arrive at COMDIET offices within 30 days from the date on which you received the order.

3- Shipping of the package.

4- At the time COMDIET receives your package and checks that all the above conditions are fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return and providing you with a payment return code. The amount will be credited to your account within 10 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

From that date we have 30 working days for the refund of the amount of your purchase.

Items returned successfully and undamaged will be refunded to the same credit card with which the order was purchased, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

ATTENTION: All expenses caused by not contacting us before the return, for not waiting to receive the authorization code of the return or for not having used the documents provided, will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

In the event that your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, COMDIET will contact you to offer you the option to return items that have not been accepted.

All transportation costs generated by this return will be at your own expense. If you do not accept this option latiendadeldesvan.es you can keep the items and the amount of them.

Defective

What if the product I received is defective?

Only in the following cases COMDIET will bear the costs of returning and shipping the new item:

  • If the product is defective
  • If we send you a wrong product

If COMDIET does not have the desired product to carry out this change, it will refund the part amount and shipping costs.

How will I receive my return amount?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

The time to the effective refund on your account’s credit card depends on the card issuer.

Prices

The products will be sold at the price indicated, the one that is collected at the time of the confirmation of the order by the customer.
